The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

 

Business Hours

Monday-Saturday with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments available. 

Initial consultations are available by appointment. Please expect 90 minutes for a full initial consultation to get started. If you'd like more information about Ideal Protein in general, we offer 45 minute workshops every Monday night and Saturday afternoon. RSVP's are required for all workshops.
